Frequently asked questions
What do AI website builders usually get wrong?
Rarely the visible parts. Generated markup is normally clean and the page looks right. What tends to be missing is everything that has no visual output: meta descriptions, canonical tags, Open Graph images, structured data, and HTTP security headers — which come from hosting configuration the generator never touches. Repeated titles across pages are also common, because a template gets reused without the per-page values being filled in.
Does this work for v0, Lovable, Bolt, Replit or Cursor projects?
Yes — it checks the deployed site rather than the tool that produced it, so it works the same for anything reachable at a URL, including hand-written code. Paste the live URL, not the editor preview link, since previews are often noindexed and sit behind auth.
My site looks perfect in the browser. Is anything really wrong?
Possibly not, and the report will say so. But a browser shows you the rendered result, while a search crawler, a link preview and a security scanner each look at things you never see: response headers, canonical tags, and the raw HTML before JavaScript runs. This checks those directly and shows you when the rendered page and the raw response disagree.
Do I need to change my code to fix the findings?
Often not. Meta tags and structured data are code changes, but security headers are usually a few lines in your host's configuration — a vercel.json, a netlify.toml, or a middleware file — and each finding says which.
Will it tell me if my site is fine?
Yes, explicitly. Checks that pass are listed as passes rather than hidden, so an absence of findings is a stated result rather than something you have to infer.
